Cancellation Policy

Your scheduled time is reserved especially for you, I understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations. I value you as my client when you “Cancel” or “No Show” that hurts my business and cost me the business of a client who would have appreciated your appointment. At this time there is 30% cancellation fee. Since the services are reserved for you personally, if you are a “NO SHOW” you will be charged 30%. ARRIVING LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT: You will be considered late 10 mins after your scheduled service time. If you are late to 2 appointment times you will be considered only as a walk-in client. You will also have to reschedule your appointment or adjust your service. ( for example: no wash, no style meaning leave wet ) so I may keep to my schedule and not run behind and cause issues with clients who show up on time. Your schedule is just as important as mine and request that you are respectful of my time. This cancellation and no show policy allows me the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Theses policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.
